Job Title: Test Technician Location: South Plainfield, NJ Work Model: Onsite – Contract to Hire Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $20/hour TEST TECHNICIAN *This position requires fluency in Mandarin to perform the responsibilities of the role successfully.* Responsibilities: Perform fine assembly work on laser components using hand tools and microscopes Assist in visual inspections and basic testing of assembled parts Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation Communicate with team members and trainers in Mandarin Qualifications: Must speak and understand Mandarin fluently Comfortable performing detailed handwork or small-part assembly Beginner-level experience is acceptable; training will be provided Must be reliable, organized, and able to work on-site full time System One, and its subsidiaries including Joule, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering specialized workforce solutions and integrated services.
