Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Soni is partnering with a fast-growing digital agency to hire an experienced SEO Manager who thrives at the intersection of search, AI, and digital strategy. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical SEO knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for experimentation with emerging tools and technologies.

Youll lead organic search strategies that go beyond traditional SEO helping clients stay discoverable in a world of evolving algorithms and generative search. Your strategic mindset and hands-on ability to execute will directly impact client visibility, traffic, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own organic strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
• Implement and optimize on-page and technical SEO elements (metadata, site structure, crawlability, etc.)
• Manage and report on performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) to enhance content and search strategy
• Experiment with and analyze how large language models (LLMs) display and prioritize content
• Collaborate with content, dev, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated
• Stay ahead of trends in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-influenced search behavior
• Lead client calls and presentations, translating complex data into actionable strategy

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in SEO (agency background required)
• Expert-level familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Planner
• Proven success in driving organic growth through technical SEO and content optimization
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and common SEO protocols (robots.txt, redirects, sitemaps, etc.)
• Experience implementing local SEO and long-tail keyword strategies
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead client strategy discussions

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
