Position Overview

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Licensed Pharmacist who is passionate about innovation and patient care. The ideal candidate will support prescription review, compliance, and operations while helping us scale quickly across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide virtual patient counseling via telehealth platforms
• Ensure operational and regulatory compliance (Board of Pharmacy, DEA, HIPAA, etc.)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and digital health providers
• Assist in developing SOPs and workflows to support multi-state operations
• Work closely with leadership to support licensing and expansion across all 50 states
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in Florida (multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain additional state licenses is a major plus, especially in Texas, and California)
• PharmD or equivalent degree
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, mail-order, or telepharmacy settings preferred
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations across state lines
• Familiarity with eRx systems, telehealth tools, and pharmacy software (e.g., PioneerRx, QS/1, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability in a startup environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping a company grow from the ground up
