Baer is looking for Oracle EPM Consultant for a 15-18 months remote project with some travel to San Antonio, TX

Title: Oracle EPM Consultant

Location: Remote with some travel to San Antonio, TX

Duration: 15-18 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2

Description:

Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, focusing on:
Integrated Planning
ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service)
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data integrations within the EPM suite.
Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support for end users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to align technical solutions with business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
Hands-on expertise with at least one of the following:
Integrated Planning
ARCS
PCMCS
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reconciliation workflows.
Proficiency in creating business rules, calculations, mappings, and data integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot both functional and technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working directly with business users.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
