AAI Maintenance Electrician Job Description

• Reading and interpreting design schematics, drawings, blueprints, electrical symbols, and electrical code to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
• Repair, test, maintain an install electrical motors, hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
• Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions. (Install, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduit, coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
• Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment. (A/C motor controls, D/C Control circuits, Motoman Robotics [beneficial].
• Plan, install, and repair a wide variety of electrical equipment including process controls, control centers, panels flow meters, relays, switches, sensors, proximity sensors, circuit breakers, overloads & heaters.
• Testing electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage and resistance. Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
• Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site

Basic Job Requirements Must have minimum 3 years’ experience as an electrician in an industrial environment

• Knowledge of OSHA rules and industry safety measures and precautions
• Physically able to complete job assignments
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Must be self-motivated
• Must supply own hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
