Position Overview
We are currently hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join our Federal Building Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Manage safety and quality control processes.
• Accurately forecast and monitor project budgets.
• Handle change order processes effectively.
• Supervise key subcontractors.
• Lead and support Project Engineers.
• Resolve issues related to labor disputes, material delivery, and contract administration.
• Maintain oversight of vehicles, equipment, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior construction experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to relocate may be required for specific roles.
